Crying for no apparent reason is one of the symptoms of the illness, depression. I also experienced this when I was taken off the medication, Elavil. without it being replaced by a similar medication.

In both cases, it was due to the levels of certain brain chemicals being too low.I'm not saying that you're depressed, only that that may be a possibility.

Maybe the small thing that's bugging you isn't so small to you. How is the rest of your life going? Do you like your job, your relationships with friends, your romantic partner, where you live?
How is your life going, as a whole?

Your problem is hard to assess with so little information. Maybe you should get this checked out by a competent doctor?

Yes I do this on a regular basis. It gets worse if I'm tired. Sometimes it can be due to a bit of depression or like you say cause something is bugging you. Sometimes right before my period it happens too. I start crying over TV shows that are kinda sad. (Its embarassing)

Crying? Yeah, I am always crying, anytime, any place, when certainly i feel very sad. After crying it's will make my heart fill free, more relax, feel calm and comfortable. The tears also can clean the dirt inside the eyes.

Yeah, once in a while, I do.

If you're doing it more than once in a while, though, you may want to talk to someone. Like a clergyman or a counselor or someone.
