at room temp. it should last atleast a week. I had so much zucchini in my garden this year I didn't know what to do with it. I made bread after bread after muffins after muffins. I wouldn't care if I saw another zucchini for another year! LOL

Keep squash away from sunlight and heat. Store it in a cooler place with less light.
