right butt cheek their is no tissue at all and it keeps getting deeper and deeper its not an open wonund it has skin on it ....but it doesnt hurt at all wut do u think it is should i go to the doc

Wow. This is really gross, but it sounds like burrowing worm. That just happened to my cat recently. It didn't look like a wound, just a hole. I'd have that checked.

Definitely get to a doctor. I had a similar wound on my arm and it turned out to be a brown recluse spider bite! (and recluses are rare where I live). The damage to the tissue under your skin could be spreading and start to eat away at the muscle, you should also make sure that it isn't a staph infection. It might just need a simple antibiotic or packing treatment, it might be nothing at all but definitely get to the doctor ASAP!

I would get to a doctor pronto and if possible get referred to a skin specialist. Not a good thing to leave go.

its probly abcess and the hole will be filling up wil pus. go see a dr b4 it reaches your bone
