whts the best way you deal with problems/stress for a relationship?>

I think you deserve a girls day off. Don't talk to him or think about him. The best thing to do, no I'm not crazy, is spend a day with your mom. Or even a day with a friend.

The best rule: Be brutally honest with each other and communicate your frustrations. Do this before you hit your breaking point. Expalin why you're stressed or why there is a problem while constantly reminding him that you care and love him. I know that sounds corny, but it works.

Get out clean and fast if the problems don't get resolved. Sometimes, no matter how much you try, two people aren't meant to be together -- even if they love each other.

well the way i deal with stress in relation ships is that i tell them there putting stress on me and to let me think about stuff for a while

try to find some music u like and when u get stressed out just listen to the music.

talk to some of your close "girl"friends. Have a sleepever to relieve some stress- they are real fun , just to be with your friends, playing games and just talking- good luck! =)

I'm really big into keeping open lines of communication, I take a break when we agrue then come back when I cool down to talk about it.

talk it out with your partner,or both of you go for a walk,and talk also.walking is a great stress reducer

turn off the cell phone and the lights, candles, hot bath, bubbles, towel, pj's corney chick flick, ice cream and fudge not to mention popcorn... and then sleep!

listen to loud music. have a party. watch movies and eat popcorn and ice cream! lol
