call your doctor. The side effect of some anti-depression medications is anxiety. If you're on one, and your doc to change it

if you are anxious to the point that it interferes with your everyday functioning, that is usually clinical anxiety. only a professional can diagnose you for sure. It all depends on how much your anxiety keeps you from your normal routine. Fortunately, anxiety is very easy to treat. panic attacks are different from generalized anxiety disorder. If your anxiety is related to a specific issue, such as your health, that is not generalized anxiety. That would be more situational anxiety. Also, depression and anxiety very frequently travel together.
I am a therapist, and recommend that you find a good therapist to talk to.
good luck

If you feel these symptoms to the degree that it affects your everyday life in a negative way, then you should go to a counselor and go through some general interviews/tests. These will determine if you meet the DSM criteria for an anxiety disorder. Only a professional can tell you for sure. It is dangerous to self-diagnose, because you can essentially "make" yourself have a disorder by believing too strongly that you do. Bottom line, if it's really interfering with your life on a regular basis, go get some help.

reading: about what you want to learn. it will dispel the lack of information.
stress is cause by bad information
no information
disinformation
no where else in the world does language get to emotions
as easy as it has since the people have become unemployable-most people can't figure out how to think after they get the Axe once too many times. so how to empty all those thing in someones head that they aren't aware that are bothering them at the time they don't know so when people finally do face what is there then it has already now something else. it's like being in two places at once and that is not bad don't try to out think your self it just could be possible and then you have to fight even harder to get back in so if you don't like which door your mind is passing through know you may not have the confidence to stop and see if it really makes any difference tomarrow or is it just bothering me because i don't have more information, read it will make you quest to read everything to be well rounded, so in your life you'll be defended in you knowledges, then they weave it all together for you when your sleeping and it is a safety net against mear thought

Yes, it's sounds like an anxiety disorder. I've been diagnosed with both depression and GAD. I would see your Dr. and to be prescribed something. I take a low dose antidepressant and have Xanax in case of a panic attack. Exercise helps too. Good luck.

You probably have anxiety disorder. I get nervous about my health a lot and I'm depressed. My psychologist said it would be fair to say I have anxiety disorder. See your doctor to be sure.

Sounds like your worrying about worrying.People are complex-they don't fit neatly into different 'disorders'.It's often the case that someone will have a range of problems. To me,it sounds like you have hypochondriacal concerns, with some genralised anxiety.Try not to focus on it though-it'll only make matters worse.

It could be (social) anxiety coupled with depression. I would contact a therapist and explain the symptoms to him/her. I'm on something called, Lexapro, and I find it a great aid.

Good luck!!

Go see your doctor. They can diagnose you if it's applicable. never try to self-diagnose. I can tell you all the symptoms, but it's not a good idea. Get yourself checked and then decide what you should do.
