Are you referring to that 'diet tea'? How long ago did you take it? Without knowing the details of your situation all I can say is to be careful and -please- don't try to 'make it work' by drinking even more: that stuff takes maybe 6-12 hours to work, but when it does kick in ... um, well, I'm guessing you'll be happier if you stick with just the one cup and see what happens.

You haven't given enough information to receive an informed answer, but here are a couple of ideas:
*Maybe you are not drinking enough fluids; should drink 1 1/2 or 2 quarts/day.
*Maybe your are not eating enough fiber. Add whole grains, oatmeal, prunes, raisins, and other high-fiber foods to your diet.
*Constipation may be a medication side effect, or a symptom of another health care issue.
Try increasing fluids and fiber, then see a doctor to discuss your specific issues and concerns.

I have no idea, but maybe talk to your doctor if you are having problems. I wouldn't recommend laxative anything without a medical check up.

Which are you using? What's the main ingredient? Is it senna?
Have you tried it with other things, such as perhaps prunes?
