Melatonin. It's available over-the-counter at any drug store or nutritional outlet.

Melatonin is produced naturally in the body, taking a small amount of it boosts whatever is already there, not like a medication that knocks you out and leaves you groggy the next day.

It also boosts the immune system, and recently has been shown to lower the chances of developing several types of cancer.

Agreed with the first answer. You need to see a doctor but before you do that (last resort). Try to decipher why? what could some of the causes be? You are at the age where there are alot of fluctuations in your hormones. Also, Is there anything on your mind that is preventing you from sleeping? Are you taking in to much caffeine during the daytime? etc. These are some of the avenues that you might want to explore before going to the doctor because what most of them are just gonna do is put you on sleeping pills. So try to figure out the cause before treating the symptoms. All the best.

if you were a woman I'd say it could be menopause, but since I think you are a man there could be other reasons. Caffiene could be a cause, remember Pepsi and Coke have lots, not to mention energy drinks and coffee. Tylenol PM helps me but you need to remember Tylenol is not good for your liver. I think the guy that said about the melatonin might have a good idea.
