Conversation skills are pretty big. If someone is really easy to talk to that's an automatic plus. Also, being easy going is an attractive trait. The biggest part of all though is that a woman has to have an interest or hobby outside of guys. Like if i am dating a girl, and she has nothing else going for her or to do other than be with me, its a turnoff. So conversation skills+easy going+cool hobby=interesting.

Hi Juli,,, i find that how a lady can handle herself in a stressful situation most interesting.... ie: lost luggage in a 3rd world country is a good one...
What do I look for,, being able to laugh off something like that and go on and make the best of a bad situation... that is my kind of girl.....

Her interest in me! I want my girl to be just as retarded for me as I am for her! I am a sucker for beautiful eyes and a pretty smile, but when she lights up at the sight of my face or the sound of my voice the way I do for her ..... then hold on cause the sparks are gonna fly!!
