see im 14 i weight about 116 i would like more muscles what are some things that i can do or use for weight lifters becuse i cant go to the gym and i dont have no weight lifters

You mean you need free weights? Try using water bottles or canned foods you have around the house. I know it doesnt feel heavy when you just pick it up, but do three sets of 15 and then decide if it was heavy enough. If it wasnt, go out and buy bigger bottles of water. Also, you can get free weights from Target for just a couple dollars for each one. Good luck.
