Answering as a non-churching Christian, with Catholic-style theology.
1. Yes, to a point. I am responsible for taking care of my fellow believers, and pointing out if they are engaging in reckless/dangerous behaviour. They are also responsible in this regard towards me. If I give in to my dark side, for example, and start smoking crack, I would expect my close Christian friends to band together for an intervention on my sorry kiester! Likewise, if a fellow Christian starts slapping around his wife, when I find out about it, I am to take some sort of saving action; for both their sakes.
2. Only if asked as a point of theology, or if it comes up in a public setting as a point of law (on which I can vote). Spiritually, our problems are not what we DO, but with our entire BEING. Change the being, and the actions will follow suit. That is the point of being "born again": all humans need a fresh start from God. Because He loves us, He has provided this!
I think we are a small minority.

To decry the transgessions of other believers? Yes. why would you let someone burn their hand repeatedly, why not show them a potholder. What are you cruel? :-P
The second question, must be "no" otherwise it is slightly stupid, granted people will answer it to the affirmative. it is nonsense to say "god hates you becuz..... " when they dont accept that "god" is real.
The "pointing out immoral behavior" is summed up by "cast the beam out of your own eye" the Law was written for ME personally. ( read this statement how you want , i dont care to explain it if you dont understand it :-P )
I cant say exactly what faith tradition i represent, becuz i dont actually have a "tradition" of faith, Though, I consider myself christian, most christians would disagree with me :-P

Paul says to imagine on notwithstanding is nice, authentic and pleasing..and structure is the queen of the humanities. we do not have any decision contained in the count number, none in any respect. both our homes will strengthen us or they'll burden our souls. it really is touched on in Plato's Republic. faith is a reaction of human beings that're actual and religious. So a pleasing progression that leaks isn't any good, And a sturdy yet gruesome progression is even worse. For the negative and the sick and the afflicted i imagine a pleasing luxury ennobling Church (even expensive) is a artwork of charity. and that i imagine Mexico bears me out. those who want to skimp on homes of worship seem no different than Judas : This fragrance would were bought for a extreme fee, and the money would were given to the negative." The negative will quickly want more effective money and we'd want to continually help as we can, yet they quite want desire and that is what a remarkable Cathedral is, desire of a more effective perfect international and God's protecting us in this international.

I'm Wiccan. We don't need to point out wrong doing because the Law of Three will take care of the punishment for breaking Harm None.

I'm an atheist pagan and you all can do as you please.
I do not tell anyone what to do, or that their actions or choices are immoral, or offensive to any god.
I occasionally have a giggle at those who claim to be moral but display immorality.

Christian. Yes, we are to point out immoral behavior, to bring the person involved back into fellowship. We should be doing it in love, and with compassion.

No i do not do this because it is not right to judge a person on their beliefs and i never will. I want people to love God how they want to not how other people tell them they have to.
