Or are there others?

In our society it is perfectrly acceptable to slander Christians. Things that are said about Christians, that if said about blacks, gays, women, etc. would be considered hate speech. Oh well, Jesus promised we would be hated for His name.

Oh, BTW, to the person that said Christians aren't beaten to death doesn't know what he is talking about. There have been more Christian martyrs in the last century, than all the centuries combined. Christians are being crucified in the Sudan.

Ah,but do others come with blessings?

"Blessed are you when people insult you and persecute you and falsely say all kinds of evil against you because of Me. Rejoice and be glad for your reward in heaven is great..." Matthew 5:11-12a

When is the last time you walked in the shoes of a Wiccan in this country? Do you know how many of us won't come out of the broom closet for fear of rejection by our family, our friends, our community, losing our job, our home, or being physically attacked? When was the last time someone said your highest holiday was Satan's birthday and lodged very vocal "Anti-Christmas" rallies because the day celebrated evil? When was the last time the military told a Christian they couldn't place a cross on a fallen soldier's grave? Quote to me some recent examples - in THIS century - of judges telling divorcing Baptists that they can't teach their son their religion because it's "not mainstream" and could harm him. Then we'll discuss whether you have the right to say you experience bigotry.

it relatively is been for this reason so because of the fact the time of Henry VIII. human beings have forgotten that Catholicism replaced into outlawed in Britain until eventually good up until eventually the previous due nineteenth century. Catholics have been discriminated against, killed and tortured via the protestant business enterprise. priests had to conceal in 'priest holes', monasteries have been demolished, Catholic land and property replaced into stolen, remarkable shape and powerful paintings replaced into intentionally destroyed and so forth. and so forth. Protestant thugs from Oliver Cromwell onwards went on the violent rampage in eire, killing and looting and so forth. (no ask your self there has been unrest in that u . s . a . ever because of the fact). The bigotry and discrimnation nevertheless exists in Britain's regulations which proceed to limit the Monarch from ever turning out to be or maybe marrying a Catholic. And might you credit that the those that committed those crimes against humanity claimed to be Bible believing, God fearing Christians? basically as their successors, the present bigots declare.

It isn't the last acceptable form, just the most popular. Unfortunately, I don't see that changing, with the most vocal and visible of the Christian "leaders" getting busted for the most scandalous crimes/sins available to man!

Enquiring minds love hypocrisy.

I wouldn't imagine so. Prejudice against the overweight seems to be HUGELY socially acceptable. Which is a damned shame.

hmm, let us see.

pro-life= screw all women who would chose to have an abortion

pro-family= screw all gay people who think they have the right to get married

so, yea, they're are other forms of prejudism. they've just been covered up by sweet little names to hide what they really are. My dad is a Catholic and though I know some very good/smart christians/catholics one of his favorite phrases is 'discrimination can be a good thing' as in 'yea i'm going to be prejudiced against anyone who's not exactly like me.'

I think anti-gay prejudice might be stronger. You don't see christians tied to fenceposts and beaten to death.

YES!

My goodness it is abundant in our country! Simply watch this election cycle and how atheists believers use to slander others.

Anything Christ related is slurred and derided openly. Tolerance is pushed and demanded accept for Christian belief and followers. They are asked to shutup, submit and surrender their belief to the gods of secularism.

Yes. It is the last socially acceptable form of bigotry left in this country, especially anti-Catholicism.

somehow that seems odd to me. I have never viewed atheist or antichristians to be picked on. They are usually very assertive and at times agressive. They do not seem like victims to me.
