interesting that Haggard admits in his statement to immoral behavior but also says not all the accusations against him are true. The church says he's guilty of "sexual immorality" - so, we can suppose the trysts with the manwhore did take place. So, what's left not to be true? Was he right that he didn't actually USE the meth or is it just one more lie from a man who claims to be repenting as we speak and asks for our forgiveness??

xodezy: he still says some of the allegations aren't true. the only one left not to be true is that he actually USED the meth. so, is he STILL lying?

Crystal Meth destroyed my first marriage. My ex husband is addicted to it. When he was high he would cheat and he even hurt me a few times. He abandoned our two children and my son is an angry child now. He just recently started using again and went back to prison. This time around he has abandoned a new wife and a new son. Crystal Meth is a horrible thing to mess with and I suggest you never do.

I also don't think he would buy meth and then throw it away, it's so ridiculous, just like saying he got a little "massage" from the manwhore. Maybe he was just stunned that he got caught, and thought maybe he could avoid the consequences .

I'm sorry but there is just no way that I buy his story that he never used meth. The only way I would buy the story about him throwing it away is if he got caught before he had a chance to use it and THEN threw it away.

He's just trying to save face. Seriously, can you imagine how embarassed he is right now?
The devil wants to cause the downfall of christians, he will tempt them and find their weaknesses.
That doesn't mean that Christianity is bad, it just means there is one more sinner out there that needs to be forgiven.
I'm pretty sure hypocracy is just another sin.
SO, if you never sin, by all means rush to judge and condemn him. Lots of dudes like to get freaky with the fellas when they're all spun on crystal. Thats why they call it "queer juice".

First of all Crystal Meth was a drug of choice of gay men that can allow sexual liberation which can result in mad, abandoned sex for hours on end. Second of all he was 'sexually immoral'.......

Coincidence?

Nobody, but somebody might buy it, lose their nerve, and throw it away. Not that this is what happened.
