I am on a budget now being a SAHMom : )
So in my cupboard I have: Organic virgin coconut oil, I have Extra virgin Olive oil, I have soy oil mayonnaise, I have a bottle of jojoba oil, and I have regular Avon naturals conditioners in my shower.

Do you have any suggestions for dry/bleached hair?

For instance do I heat up coconut oil or something?

I know this is going to sound werid..

Get a beer..let it get room tempurature. Then use it to wash your hair with then get some hot oil treatment..or olive oil what ever kind of oil you want to use..then just use that on ur hair and it will be shiny and soft.

I use the beer and the Vo5 hot oil treatment.
The beer strips the hair of nasty build up stuff and the oil puts in the good stuff that it needs.
I do that to my moms hair all the time because not only does she color her hair every 5-6 mths but she perms it too.. @.@ it is a big freezy mess until I am done with it..then it is nice and smooth and shinny lol.

:)

Olive oil.it's a great solution for dry hair. You should notice the difference from the first time. But maybe in your case you gotta be a bit more patient. just get some olive oil and rub it into your hair, make sure you rub the whole hair from the roots to the edges. Wear a shower cap. And leave it for 60-90 mins. then wash your hair very well. You should do that 3 times the 1st week, 2 times the 2nd week, then just 1 time each week from the 3rd week and up.

Extra virgin olive oil helps to moustourize hair. Jojoba oil hels to smooth the hair shafts, moustourize, and keep it smooth as your hair dries. Mayonaise also helps to mousorize. If you heat up the virgin oil and jojoba, they will penetrate the hair shafts better. Heat them up for a few seconds in the microwave, put them in your wet hair, and wrap a towel around your head. Let it set for 5-10 minutes, then rinse with cool water to help smooth your hair shafts.

Put on olive oil. Leave it on all day then rinse it out. You could also put the oil on then wear a heating cap for 30 mins.

You have several options

Mayo
Olive Oil
Shea Oil
Coconut Oil
Jojoba Oil
(pretty much any natural oil)

but whatever you do don't use baby oil-it pulls out processed hair

The best remedy I've tried is mayo. Put it on; wrap your hair up tightly and cover with a shower cap or the always useful saran wrap. Leave on for about 30 min. and rewash your hair.

I know you can bleach your hair with bleach and after you do that blow dry it on cool 4 about 10-15 minutes then put some peroxide on it and blow dry it dry on hot and there you have some bleached hair.
