Day One: Drink as much Tequila, as humanly possible.
Day Two: You won't care...You forgot, why you were drinking on Day One.
If a person took over 2000 mg of Niacin, you could have an acute reaction, possibly even liver damage. (*Heh, I was just kidding about the Tequila, O.K., but, by taking that much Niacin (a form of B-3)---you would most likely have a 'severe' headache, possibly chills, and ITCH !!! like 'crazy'!!! You would seriously, regret it! (So, as Mary said, do not get regular Niacin and "No-Flush", confused)

go to a head shop or the GNC and get this cleaning out drink it's usually orange or red you take it a few hours before, drink some water, piss a few times and your good. Put you have to follow the directions exactly!! I know quite a few people that use this when they have to see there PO and smoked just 2 or3 days before and everything was fine, try it

take 2000 Mg's of no flush niacin. You can find it at walmart , walgreens, or any store that sells vitamins. By the way it is a vitamin, but it really does work. Make sure it is no flush, and take it at least one hour before testing.

dRINK A HECK OF A LOT OF WATER AND GO TO A SAUNA. DO THIS IN ROTATION SO THAT YOUR SYSTEM PURGES ITSELF.
