There's nothing you can do. If he likes someone else that's his choice. Just stay friends with him.

Love can only work if both of you like each other. It cannot be forced. If you give him a hint that you like him and he returns it, then you two can be together. If not, then forget it.

Read "maybe he's not that into you" or just jump him. At the very least you two will make out. No guy passes that up.

Be honest with him and tell him you like him. See how things go from there. If he doesnt like you the same way try not to let it interfere with your friendship.

try and get his attention. tell him the girl doesn't like him. maybe he'll accept it and look for love elsewhere. try and dress sexier(in guys eyes) let your hair down. attract his attention
