I read a question a girl asked and she said she weighed around 60 Kg's and Was wondering how much that would be in lbs.

The rough answer is pretty simple. Just double the kg's, which is 120, and add one tenth of that number (120) to your 120, which is 12 for a grand total of 132 lbs. On a calculator just multiply the kg's by 2.2 to get the pounds equivalent. Enjoy.
