i took lexapro for a while too. the best thing honestly is talk to your doctor, but if you don't want to do that (i didn't either), i can tell you how i did it.

i started off taking one every other day for a week, then the next week one every two days. then every one every three days, etc. i kept doing this pattern every week until the medicine was gone. the key is to wean yourself off of it, you don't want to stop abruptly. it took several weeks for the levels of the medicine to build in your system, and it will have the same effect coming out of your system, takes a while. so if you slowly reduce the dose over time, your body will be able to adjust accordingly.

good luck to you! and again if you feel comfortable speak to your doctor about it.

I was taking it for a while and just kind of quit. Can't say I've used the phrase titration schedule in a conversation, but I think that's what you're asking.
