The congregationalists made a law of faith within their
communities to approve, and share with new church attempts
in a manuever to lean to PEACE, non-military ritual prayer.
This move to announce that new shoots of their regions
especially based on new farm towns to build independent
churches would not be tolerated without good interactive faith.
The idea is sometimes associate to the vermont townships
that use church laws such as all houses should be white with
green town common trim.
