Am I afraid to die? No, death has come close to me many times.
Am I afraid of how I will die? Yes, some deaths are very, very painful as well as inconvenient.
I try not to dwell too much on the when and how, I just try to get through to the next day

Regardless of the "no" answers. I think everyone is somewhat afraid to die ( everyone = everyone I have met so far in my life )
They cope with that fear in different ways, some outright denial "no" others with religious belief. ( they dont REALLY die in their belief, so of course they dont fear it :D )
I would say, that i am not CONCIOUSLY afraid to die, meaning i dont have the fear of death in my conciousness all the time, it only comes around when faced with the prospect of death, and so far I have opted on the side of "keep living" :P
I do have preferences for HOW I will die though, I would like to either have a parachute not open....... or maybe even get burned alive, or lately I have been considering drowning as an interesting possibility.

I am not afraid to die at all ! But I pray God it should happen only after I finish my duties--like educating my children, fetching them at least a small house to dwell and seeing my son strong enough in taking the responsibilities to take care of his mother and his sister...till then I have live!!!!
I am very much confidence that my death will be a peaceful one at my 62 age!!

The only thing I am afraid of is dying a slow, painful death. As long as it happens quickly, I do not care. I will probably die of a disease that slowly kills a person. That would be my luck.

I am afraid to die because I dont want to leave my family without a mom. I do wonder when it will happen.I just hope that it doesnt happen when my kids are still young.I dont want to think about how it will happen.

I am afraid of the manner of death, but not the actual transition from physical existence to spiritual existence.
My mind is filled with images of beatings, torture, and executions. I fear that manner of death. A quiet death, where I go to sleep without re-awakening, is preferable to the violent, media-encouraged, death.

yes. i am afraid to die. i assume it'll be by my worst fear, drowning, or suffocating, since i've lived a life full of sin and am probably doomed to die my most terrifying death ever. now i'm depressed all over again.

I am not frightened of dying. Any time will do; I don't mind. Why should I be frightened of dying? There's no reason for it—you've gotta go sometime
