Went to A Japanese Steakhouse but I'm a vegetarian so i didn't get any meat. It's been refrigerated since Friday evening. Is it still good to eat?

Well it's only Sunday here. I would think it would be okay to eat, especially since it's just vegetables. As a general rule, I never keep leftovers more than three days in the refrigerator. Anything I want to keep longer, I put in the freezer.

Sure, eat it. The fact that it's not meat makes it a lot safer.

In the future, you can help food stay fresh longer by re-packing it when you get home in an air-tight Tupperware or Ziplock container. Those styrofoam containers don't do a great job of keeping the air out.

bowl of stuff. Get a saucepan, throw in chopped/diced onions in case you have any, upload a vegan sauce or make considered one of your guy or woman, upload vegetables and lentils or chickpeas or beans or barley. Works for notwithstanding variety of nutrition you have. purchase some herbs and spices and initiate off a sequence, like one or 2 each week until eventually you have some distinctive ones. try this, and each and all of the flamboyant recipes are yours to make. particular, they're somewhat decrease priced yet no longer in case you're paying for 10 at a time. single ones are lots extra inexpensive than combination ones.
