I heard beer... Maybe that why people talk about others having beer bellys... also I heard on Oprah coffee and mortin.. Taking mortin stores water in you body only way to get rid of it is to stop taking it.. That's what I heard on Oprah! Gosh I sure do love Oprah! :)

Well, in terms of the amount of calories and the amount of food it actually feels in your stomach, I would say definitely vegetables. I always find that after you finish eating all the vegetables and feeling bloated, you always end up being hungry one or two hours later.

Things with salt. Most soups with alot of salts. Salted nuts.
Avoid most frozen foods, and chinese which has MSG and too much salt.
Some vegi's will take way bloat, I think Cellary does this.

Bloating = overconsumption of sugars, salts and carbohydrates. Intake of Proteins such as tunafish, chicken, steak combined with complex carbohydrates such as vegetables will prevent bloating, as will coffee which all act as diuretics. Sugars, candies, cookies, crackers can lead to bloating.

You feel floated after eating poorly and then having a full meal.
