My time-honored!! start up by utilising softening some onions (i take advantage of crimson ones) with some garlic in slightly oil and upload a handful of dried herbs and an oxo cube. i take advantage of italian seasoning or rosemary & thyme. Then upload the diced meat to the pan. I do all this in my caserole dish. whilst the crimson meat is brown I upload new potatoes, parsnip, carrots and swede. Then I upload sufficient crimson meat inventory to cover, a tin of tomatoes, some bisto granule, a sprint of crimson wine and a dollop of brown sauce. I boil for an hour, upload frozen peas, sweetcorn, vast beans and somewhat greater inventory. cover put in oven on low for an hour then serve with steamed savoy cabbage. This makes quite a lot yet I freeze some, it could additionally be scaled up or down easily & i like with the flexibility to throw in in spite of I genuinely have interior the cabinet.
