The easiest way is to have the right genes. :)
For a firmer, rounder but do this: Get down on all fours. Extend your right leg all the way back and lift it as high you can. Bring it back forward and try to touch your nose with your knee. Repeat 10 times on each side. Gradually build up to 4 or 5 reps.

I've said it once, I'll say it again. There's no such thing as spot reduction. Also, where someone carries weight or loses it from varies by individual body type. If a person is fat and has a little butt for their size, no amount of weight loss is going to give them a nice, round booty. Just look at all the slender, well toned girls going to plastic surgeons to get butt implants. Just eat healthy and exercise. Your body will be toned and you'll feel better.

Well, only lose weight if you really need to. Don't risk your health. The only problem is if you lose weight, you lose it from all over including your butt, so don't go overboard. You will need to do lots of butt exercises like squats and lunges to build up your glutes and maybe try kickboxing aerobics, because this not only shapes and defines the waistline, but also builds up the butt muscles. Well Janet Jackson use the ball to do sit ups on it. Beyonce' just work out with ab crunches and running get that butt firm.

work out but drink lots of whole milk, like a half to a full gallon or more a day for three months. I saw a thing on VH1 about the ghetto booty thing and thought it was hilarious, it had Beyonce and J-lo, both on their talking about that diet.
