Take the Red Cross Babysitting course and then advertise yourself on Craigslist and babysitters.com
You can make $10 a hour easily at least.

Go to the mall and ask stores if they're hiring and get an application. If not then check the part time ads on craigslist. Definitely check retail though because people are hiring like crazy before the holiday rush because it gets so busy. You really shouldn't have a problem finding work. Good luck!

A paper route is a good way to go. You can still have your nights and weekend days free, and you kind of are your own boss.
Convience stores are hard to get it at 15, because some company has to agree to bond you for handling the cash register, and they normally won't.
You might have a chance as a busboy in some restaurants that are not chains, especially if you are into Italian.

Most places won't hire before 18. Newspaper carriers, babysitting, lawn cutting are the exceptions.
