does anyone know a meal that has a high amount of Vitamin A in it..that is easy to make...i have to do it for a food and nutrition assignment for skool lol!

Carrot pie

Vegetable soup - anything with lots of colour - orange, green, red, yellow

Pickled herrings

Veggies with green leaves, vegs that are yellow or red, and butter, egg yolks, liver, organ meats and shellfish maybe you could do a shrimp stir fry ( even bought pre made at store for extra ease)

Carrots are your highest source. If you eat one that is over 7 inches long, you get over 200% of your RDA! Carrots are so healthy. Many other veggies have vit A, but are lower...some include broccoli, red peppers and most orange and yellow veggies!
