They have it in most grocery stores in the produce section, I have been able to find it year round.

Swiss Chard, Silverbeet, is in the beet family but only the greens are eaten, prepared in the same fashion as Spinach

Swiss chard is a dark green, leafy vegetable. Kinda like spinach but slightly more bitter. You can eat the whole thing, including the white stalk. Treat it like spinach or beet greens when cooking.

It is a type of lettuce. You will find it in produce department next to cabbage and heads of lettuce.

It's a green leafy vegetable. It's good when you make a cream sauce for it!
