Hi there...sneezing is indicative of an upper respiratory infection (URI)/cold. The odour may be due in part to an infection. Consider ringing your vet to discuss this and arrange for an evaluation for treatment as soon as possible.

Here's a website on URI: http://www.marvistavet.com/html/body_feline_upper_respiratory.html

I Dissagree with the above posts
sneezing is one of the signs of cat Flu which is quite deadly to them HOWEVER DO NOT PANIC! my cat does the same and I took her to the vets last week for a FULL health check.

My kitten has been sneezing and also smells bad since she doesnt stop farting,

I was told she was fine and its normal for kittens to smell but I wasnt sure he knew what I was trying to tell him (the vet) since it smells like rotten eggs every day, you can understand the odd trapped bit of gas but this is frequently.

As for the sneezing...
1) Is she stopping eating or loosing appetite
2) Is she got dihorrea
3) is her eyes stickly, sleep looking
4) is she less active
5) has she lossed her voice
6) has she got a temperature (Vet will place thermometer in her rectum to check) - Cat will not like it
7) Drulling over her chin
8) Dry nose

is yes to several of the above seek vet attention immediatly as she may have the flu and the vets will put her on a course of anti biotics

Otherwise
May be due to an allegy
or Cat Litter, if your using cat litter that is dust / peobles (earth like) then it could be the dust.

If the heating is on often ensure moisture if getting around the room and that the air isnt drying up.
This will cause irritation and sneezing

A healthy cat has no smell and frequent sneezing is not a sign of good health either.

Best you have a vet investigate the situation to see if there is a correctable medical condition.

It probably has a severe sinus infection. This would explain the sneezing and the bad smell as the cats breath would smell from the infected sinuses. You need to take it to a vet for antibiotics.

Check its teeth. Infected teeth smell bad and often drain into the nasal cavity, causing sneezing. He could also have a deep bronchitis, but if it's bad enough that you can smell it the cat would be very obviously ill.

Have a vet check him, just to be sure.

Go to the vet first. While a bath could take care of the funny smell, the likelyhood of developing an allergy at the same time is very unlikely. A bath could kill a sick cat easily.

Any cat that fails to keep itself clean is likely ill; combined with the sneezing, I'd say it's time for a trip to the vet.
