I have 2 american pitbull terriers and one heinz 57.
I rescued Liberty from the street, Roman from a pitbull rescue, and the heinz 57 was a foster puppy that I wound up adopting.

I currently have 9 dogs. I have a CH golden retriever named Miss Ginger, who is the most winning dog currently in the nation with her 29 career AKC obedience wins. She came from a certified AKC breeder with 29 generations of CH bloodlines. I have a miniature Spitz named Lady who I rescued as a young dog from a rare breed rescue. I have a border collie mix named Grace Hart who is a flyball master and herding champion. She is a brave Hurricane Katrina rescue girl from the wonderful Denver Dumb Friends League. She is amazing. Then I have two agility lifetime champions, Birdy and Skip. Skip is a parsons russell terrier with 23 Agility AKC MACH wins. Birdy is a Nova-Scotia Duck Tolling Retriever with an astounding 29 wins. They live for agility and would rather run the course than eat. I also have Myles, the youngest boy. He is a 3 month old Australian Shepherd who was rescued from a litter that was never supposed to happen. Spay and neuter is the lesson here, please. He will choose what work he would like to do. I also have two fosters currently because I am a professional dog trainer and I founded and run a working dog rescue group. I generally have up to three foster dogs at a time, because they need in-depth training while they are being re-homed. And then there is Sera, the Canine Companions for Independence puppy in training. I work with CCI to raise and train extremely smart and helpful dogs. She is my fourth thus far. My house is a zoo, and I love it that way. I also have a horse on my 2-acre property as well as a cat and three birds. Plus a full saltwater aquarium. Life is good.

I have the bestest dog in the whole world, Barkley Joe. He's a Lhasa Apso. He was born on the fourth of July 6 years ago. His original owners were abusive and made him live the first year of his life in a little tiny travel crate!! He was matted and looked a fright when I first got him. I was a lonely female truck driver in need of a 'co driver'!! He's now 'marked his territory' in every single state except Hawaii!! He knows lots and lots of neat tricks, like if I stay in the truckstop too long he'll jump on the dash and pull the airhorn!!! When I come back to the truck, if I don't have a doggie bag he plays a 'lock out da mama' game!! I put the key in and when the button pops up, he'll take his paw and press it back down before I can open the door!! He's a wonderful dog and I'm a lucky human to have him!!

One is a Miniature Pincher. I adopted him from a local animal shelter. And the other is an American Pit Bull Terrier. We got him from a local person who breeds them. We love them both so much-they are our babies. Who needs kids when you can spoil animals!

We have chihuahuas and a blue heeler mix. The blue heelerx was headed for the pound. Our vet told us about her and we went and got her the day she would have been taken there. The chihuahuas were bought and some raised here.
