You're getting the meaning across. The thing with English is sentence structure. You sentence could be rearranged like this to sound more fluent.
"Is it possible to communicate with you to learn better English?"

It's definitely possible to improve your English by communicating in English, but please keep in mind that you should practise proper grammar while you're at it... for example, "more good" should be "better". =)
