um, you might want to reword it because ummmm, i think most religious people would say god created the first human circulatory system.

If you mean who made it, only the GOD could be the answer. If you mean who discovered it, it is an arabic scientist who discovered the pulmonary circulation (his name is Ibn El-Nafees) and William Harvey who discovered the systemic circulation. wishes
