Ice packs, and antiflamatory medication like benadril. Lots and lots of ice packs though. Don't use heat because it makes it more swollen. If it doesn't work, go to your doctor.

depends on where the inflammation is,you can try ovet the counter meds such as aleve or motrin, you can use ice, heat, or go to the dr for a steroid to reduce swelling.

It would depend on what is inflamed....Ibuprofen is good for swelling, or if it's your feet..like me, sometimes...It's just good to lay down and keep your feet elevated...Hope that helped ya!!
