Any cream designed for 'intimate feminine itching' will work wonders. It's also gonna be totally safe on this area. Over here (in UK) there's a good one called Vagisil.

a spray bottle of warm water with baking soda to cleanse the area after every b/m and when possible air or blow dry rather than wiping then use any diaper rash cream.

Have you tried baby powder? It dries the area out and soothes it.

I work in a nursing home....do a web search for 'pericare' products...and listen to your doctor!
