Im 15, 5'10 and 170 lbs. Over the last 7 months, I've went from about 183 to 156... and now back up to 170... Why does it flunctuate so much?

When I was 156, I felt like I was too thin... so I started eating more... but now, I weigh 170 and I feel flabby insteady of muscular... as I wanted... :[

What do I do?

Exercise regularly and eat small portions and maybe it'll stabilize.

You're young too---so it maybe a hormonal thing.

You probably ate too many carbs.
Eat lean protein, veggies, and fruit with every meal.
Don't drink anything over 0 calories.
DON'T starve yourself.
Do some cardio.
The weight should fall off :)
