One interesting option is to add to the rolls of hybrids. There
are full size models for under 5000. The good ideas that start
a young person on into the features of safety would be a good
choice. Good mechanics are heavily busied, so the option to
buy used is in four parts that are recent concern. One. Color
a white, green, blue, silver, brite, or black car is higher risk
for low visibility. Two. Speed. New drivers face a very busy
traffic never before experienced not even by patrols highway.
This low quality of safety may be meaning enough to consider
gps, and new and fully luxury to gain respect and low speed.
Average hybrids that only max at 50 can be a beneficial choice.
Three. Fuel efficiency and care is within boundaries that they
keep a clean reputation, this is meaningful as friends arrive.
Four. Upkeep in winters, distance, travel is something that
should not later mean anything, Purchase a good performer.
Generally I would like to add, driving privileges are strict about
nite driving for a reason, it is a learning experience for 5000
miles. Then 5000 miles of improving and making it a skill.
Shop for points that are important to you, the owner, the young
need no problems they have not knowledge to deal with today.

For that price you can find a good honda civic or toyota corolla. I would check with edmunds.com before getting a car to see what they say about models and years. Also going to a bookstore and checking out consumer reports is a good bet. I would look for a car between 1998-2005. You can go to a dealership to test drive models but I would strongly recommend actually buying the car privately because you don't have to pay taxes that way (which will add another $1000 or so to the cost of the car). Your local newspaper will have several options to call (and some, like the Atlanta Journal Constitution have online sections devoted to cars). I would also suggest looking at autotrader.com or cars.com. Finally, you can check out your local carmax which, if you are willing to pay a little more (because they are like a dealer) is good because they back up what they sell. Whatever you do, make sure to test drive the car (and all the features on it), take it to a mechanic and look it over yourself.
good luck.

i own a repair shop, and id look for a good used Toyota corolla there very good cars and reliable too,and cheap to operate, and for someone just starting out there good and cheap on insurance because there not considered a sporty car,but that will last a really long time if taken care of,and id look in the paper for a good one ,don't ever buy one off the Internet you pay before you see,and drive one,and that isn't good at all at least if you buy local you can see and drive before you pay ,and you have the right to turn it down if you don't like it,good luck i hope you find a nice one.

Go to a dealership. you will be able to see if you like the car and it is quicker to decide. You can do it in one visit, where as the newpaper, you are always on the road to look at a wasted trip. Good luck. I don't miss those days at all!
