Do curls with freeweight dumbbells. Does'nt really matter what you use in regards to a curl bench or regular sitting curls or whatever. Just put a lot of movement into your curls. What I mean by that is: Don't keep your wrists locked ALL the time. Move your wrists around while you're doing the curl. Up and down. This will help you start utilizing muscle in your biceps and forearms that you usually don't use doing conventional curls. I met a guy in California years ago who had some of the biggest biceps I had ever seen on a human being. His arms were HUGE, but not grossly huge or out of proportion. I asked him the same question and the answer I'm giving you is the answer he gave me. It works. It really helps round off and fill out the muscles because, like I said, it helps utilize the other muscles in your arms that sit kind of stagnant because of the wrist lock. Give it a try and thank me later. Good Luck and Stay Healthy!........... Oh yeah, and make sure you allow your body the proper amount of rest to heal and recuperate. If you don't then you'll only be defeating the purpose.........

Hi there! I am a bodybuilder and every person is different although the general rules apply. Try heavy weight and short reps....no more than 5. Switch from dumb bell curling to bar bell curling. If you are aware of what a preacher curl is..then try this too. I workout one day on two days off and I alternate from heavy weight to lighter weight. Use lighter weight and more reps to get toned.
