Bad luck, you blew it. He's flirting with you just so you'll realise what you missed out on and to get a little bit of revenge on you for rejecting him. Besides, you probably only like him because he's with someone else. Next time, think before you reject someone, and give the guy a chance.

Ask him if he likes you. However if you suddenly "realized" that you liked him after he got a girlfriend, I would say you have the "grass is greener on the other side of the fence" syndrome. Normally you'd not bother with something that's available, but if that something becomes unavailable it's more attractive.

listen to me when i tell you this because im a nice guy... i do this to women ALL the time... i flirt and get rejected... and then i stop talking to them and then they come back to me... every single time. these are not just average women neither they're really hot girls. Don't fall for it, its just a trick.... let me explain... when a guy hits on you and all of a sudden u reject him and he doesnt come back to you, you feel the LOSS and want it back. don't be stupid I have a LOT of experience in this field...

Well you only like him because you relized that you said no and he moved on. But if you really really like him then start flirting really hard for him to break up with his gf for you.
