honestly, there's not one single answer for this question. it really depends on the girl.some like players and bad boys and some like gud boys that will treate them well and some like rich boys. so i guess it depends on the girl.

You have to be handsome, have a good personality, and be able to talk to them without making them feel awkward. Having money helps. I'm pretty sure every guy knows what females want. The only complicated thing is that different women want different degrees of each of the qualities that are mentioned above.
BTW, don't listen to females when they tell you what they want because even they don't know what they want. And even if they know what they want, they're not going to tell you or they're going to lie to you. Just being totally honest.

I'd like a guy who knows how to spend hours in shoe shops looking interested, thinks chocolate is wonderful and loves it when your flesh hangs over your underwear!
If he also knows how to change a nappy, vacuum a carpet and throw a meal together then hes a winner!

Well, for me, I'd like a man that is confident in himself, but not cocky, has a great sense of humor and can make me laugh, treats me right, isn't controlling, and just has a great personality.

well, girls like it if you do sweat things for them...not neccessarily buying stuff, and also flirting a little and being kind. most girls like it if you have a great personality, but some only go for looks (which is stupid i think). plus girls like me would go out with a guy if they knew the guy as a friend first. hope it works out for you!
