it seems like most people say only ladies drink hpnotiq and if men drink it then they are gay. i dont get this. i have tried it before and it taste good. if thats not the case then why only women drink it and why dont men ever drink it? or why dont a lot of men drink it? another question is, how is alize compared to hpnotiq? which is more expensive? which better?

hyp is more of a sweet taste and thats why they say its a womens drink, men often like to taste thier liqour rather than feel it. Personal I like to mix it with hennessey cuz its just a great taste. I prefer alize alone to hyp because it is more fruit tasting and goes down a little rougher than hyp. I think hyp is more expensive.

I hpnotiq a blue drink, sort of tropical in flavor? If it is, I think my friend and I had it one night when we were drunk off our nut. He is a guy (duh?!) and he didn't seem to have a problem with it.
Men drinks are beers and whiskeys and other forms of "hard" alcohol, whereas women's drinks are usually described as lolly water because they have little or no noticeable alcohol content. It all comes back to stereotypes. You're not a man unless you can skull, and most mixers ans cocktails are made for sipping so if you drink them, you're just not macho enough.
You should drink for enjoyment, but not always to excess.

I had a dinner party and some trashy hooker brought some over and drank it instead of my expensive wine.
I do know that a lot of african american people also drink hpnotiq.

Hypnotique is a cheap after dinner drink...often called the poor man's couvessier. It does seem to have greater popularity with african americans in my experience. I see more men drinking it then women actually.

My brother drinks Hennessy and Hypno. It isn't popular for dudes to drink any colorful drinks because of the perception of being gay.
