I am 76 pounds, 5"3, snd Ia m femal, 13 years old, what are some good dieting tips?

you have anorexia. Posting this question is NOT helping. People saying "omg you are soooo thin" just makes things worse because its what you WANT to hear. You need counseling, so get it. because hun, you probably dont look very good with your shoulder blades sticking out

My suggestion-- eat a lot of healthy foods with a lot of calories and build up some muscles with weight training. I'm two inches taller than you and I weigh FIFTY pounds more than you do, and my friends still say that I'm thin, so a diet really isn't necessary for you.

My advice as a trainer? If you want to get yourself into better shape than you are, never mind about losing weight, try some weight training, I think you'd really like what it does for you. You don't need to lose weight, gaining muscle would sculp.
