there is this one guy on friday in class that i really like (alec) every time that i looked over at him he would smile nd look at me wierd does that means he like me? should i ask him out

Try to be friends with his first and go from there....If you assume that he likes you and you ask him out and find out later on he does not feel the same way, you might feel bad about it.

Gotta talk to him, u think hes cute: wow(Newsflash). But you don't know the guy. He could like you but be dating some loudmouth tramp. That means for you to get in with him you'll have to find a way for the tramp to find someone else to leach onto.
Also, be a tease. Don't be hard to get, cause some guys just dont care(especially if he is young). But be willing to experiment, and have fun, try new things and connect as a couple.

Wait for him to ask you out or get the confidence to ask you out if hes shy. Let him be the man and make the first move.

dont rush it, talk to him and be friends first, then after a few weeks of friendship, ask him out, but be you are sure he likes you, some guys just smile to be friendly.

no do not ask him out he will think you are excited to date him. when you see him speak to him, then maybe he will ask you out. never seem really into a guy untill you get to know what he is really like

to me it sounds like he likes you, but let him come to u. i am a firm believer that the guys should make the first move, and lucky for me my boyfriend does too. if he's a real keeper then wait and see if hes brave enough to make the first move
