Without her parents' consent makes you and your mom liable for charges of kidnapping... And trust me, pissed off parents WILL do this and you won't win any points with them as a future son-in-law if you take their "baby" away from them. Until she is 18, I believe she is under legal guardianship of her own parents. Now, she might be able to file for legal status on her own... by becoming an emancipated minor. By the time she does that, she probably will be 18!! Your "only" problem is NOT withdrawal and registration in another high school... if she leaves without her parents (legal guardians) permission, you are opening you and your mother up for a whole world of legal hurt. If you want this relationship to work down the line, I'd suggest that you wait until she is 18 and can do what she wants. Unless she has legitimate reasons for becoming emancipated from her parents, you are better off waiting the few months until her b'day. Then, do what y'all want... she will be legal.
