Right now my mom and I share an addiction to Vietnamese food. We go for it every couple of days. We usually get noodles, spring rolls, and pork bar b que. I usually have a coffee, it is fabulous!

Peas soup with dumplings a Bahamian delight. It is somewhat like jambalaya. It is a soup made up of salt beef, ham,boiled pigeon peas,cassava, Irish potato or Idaho and dumplings these are the main ingredients. To kick it way up we would also add some sweet potato, conch (a shell fish, muscle known in our island as an aphrodisiac) and sometimes spareribs. Mmmm Mmmmm Good.

My favorite food is steamed red snapper topped with slimy okra and crackers. This is actually a Jamaican dish but its so different i enjoy it all the time.

i absalutly luv bbq lemon and garlic shrimp with pilaf rice but i have to say that roller grilled hot dogs wins hands down
