I'm doing that too actually. I'm studying to be a spanish teacher, which may or may not be your thing. You can be a translator or an ambassador to a spanish speaking government if you get into a bit of political science too. I dunno. Google it.

It would be an asset in a job that requires knowledge of Spanish. And this can be very broad, ranging from Spanish teacher or maybe a businessperson who works with a significant Latino clientele.

You can join the Peace Corps and help out in some third world, Spanish-speaking country.

Depending on the sex of the Major, you can marry them and live as a military spouse in the Spanish Army. Or, you can just go out on a date and have your way with them. You know those military types--always up for a good time.
