Are you trying to find the per centage of gay preachers or just the percentage of preachers that have no admitted to being gay...Just find out the percentage of gay males in society and find out from these what percentage openly admit it...Then you have the same percentage in a normal society as you do in the preacher society....

Many are not a secret, in several denominations it is perfectly ok for them to be gay.
And secret, maybe 4 or 5 percent at most. But it always makes the world news when it happens, esp around election time. Just like this, his alleged lover makes the annoucement a week before an election. No time to prove or dispove anything ( although I beleive it did happen)
But it was a purely politicly placed disclosure

Now dig this - I am not a Christian nor do i know really what a preachers roll is pertaining to that religion. But I do find this question deep and i thought it was those Catholic ones with the petifile problem dont tell me now they are finding problems with these other fellas "preacher" awwww man what's next

Let's see Ted makes 2, plus all the ones I don't know about Plus the Catholic priest pedophiles. A small percentage, but they're out there.

I would guess the number to be extremely high, considering that the Catholic Church does not allow them to marry. I would also think that because they can't marry in the Catholic Church, more gay people would be drawn to their priesthood, in hopes that God might fix them. And He would, if they renounced the priesthood of the Catholic Church, and became true Bible believing Christians that honored God by keeping the ten commandments, including the true forth commandment of Keeping the Sabbath (Saturday) Holy.

That's a queston that must remain unanswered. How would you know considering they are mostly "in the closet" i mean the gay ones. it would be great if some enterprising graduate school psychology major would use a study of why instead of how many.for their thesis.
