For diet pills, I seen good luck with "RELEASE" from GNC, but you REALLY need to rethink the Ortho-Evra!

I was SOO close to losing my life over this seeming wonderful patch! I used it for only 6 months when I VERY SUDDENLY got VERY short of breath and had horrible pains in my chest. I got to the ER and they were SOO GREAT!! They got a scan of my lungs almost immediately upon arrival and told me that I had clots in my lungs. I asked "which lung?' and they said both. I asked "how many?" and they said they didn't stop to count them. It just "looks like rain!"

I was one of the lucky ones that got to the ER in time, and I thank God everyday for getting me through it, but I'll be on meds the rest of my life!

I know you didn't ask for a lecture on Ortho-Evra. I don't mean to preach, but I really feel like I need to let everyone out there know how serious this is! My life changed in an instant! It was VERY scary not only for me, but everyone else in my life too! I'll never forget the look on my Dad's face nor my little boys face, when they were finally able to visit me in the ICU. They were so scared! I wanted to cry but couldn't because of the pain.

I wish the best for you!

This is a very interesting article about cuting calories every day.
15 Ways to Cut 50 Calories or More

A little here, a little there. Cutting calories is easier than you think! Think small! Trimming even just a small percentage of your body weight can do wonders for your health. And eating just a bit less is the way to do it. Shaving calories here and there is easier than you think. All it takes are a few no-sweat efforts like the ones that follow. Pick two a day and you'll cut 100 calories. Burn 100 more calories a day (a 15- to 20-minute walk will do the trick) and you'll lose almost half a pound a week. That may not sound like much, but it adds up to 20 pounds a year!

1. Leave the cheese off your sandwich.
2. Use 1 cup skim milk instead of 1 cup whole milk.
3. Use a nonstick spray instead of 2 teaspoons oil.
4. Drink seltzer or diet soda instead of regular soda.
5. Have an English muffin instead of a doughnut
6. Use 1 tablespoon light mayonnaise instead of 1 tablespoon regular mayo.

Don't waste your money on any of the over the counter diet pills because they do NOT work. I have tried them all believe me and spent a fortune to no avail. Anyway with the medication your on (Prozac) i don't think your suppose to take any diet medication. I need to lose 25 pounds really bad myself but I won't rely on any of the over the counter diet aides because i know first hand they are a total waste. Losing weight is so darn hard. If it wasnt' there wouldn't be so many overweight people in the world. People tell me i need to go to the gym and stay away from bed and pasta but it is easier said then done. I know you know what I'm talking about. Best of luck to you and if you ever find that magical pill let me know about it.

I am no longer a Doctor however I do realize there is not any nontoxic fast repair for a challenge that constructed over the years. Sure you might take vitamin tablets to slash your urge for food, however no longer consuming is simply as unsafe as over consuming if no longer extra so. Anything that says to be a miracle medication is not anything extra the a cutting-edge day variation of what used to be known as snake oil which used to be offered out of the again of a protected wagon to unsuspecting saps again within the 1800's Rule of thumb "if it sounds to well to be actual then it normally is."
