You and the toddler lived such as your brother for over 6 months. He can legally declare you. Your ex has no declare on any of the money and your brother doesn't want his permission. stop aggravating. Your ex can't document any costs - your bro is doing not something unlawful.

do whatever he wants so his mind can clear up. then when you think the time is right to tell him, tell him. also, don't forget to tell him the reason(s) why you are still living with your ex and how the problem will get resolved.
