Okay, so I'm 6'1" tall, 160-165 lbs. I have a lean build. During the winter my body stays pretty warm. I wear long johns and am not asshamed of it at all. ;-)
The thing is my fingers and toes are offten very cold.
I want to know if there is anything I can do outside of wearing gloves (which I do) to keep these parts of my body warm.
I was thinking about taking Iron supplements to get my blood warmer? Any other thoughts would be greatly welcomed.

Try wearing a pair of cotton socks (for your feet's health and comfort) under a pair of wool socks. Then be sure there is room in your shoes to wiggle your toes. If your toes cannot wiggle you'll need a larger size because being too tight defeats the purpose. If your find your feet feel wet then change the cotton ones more often.

As for your hands you can do the same, liners in your gloves. Or there are those heat packs you can put in your pockets. Be sure to keep your hands and your gloves dry. If that means a few pairs then so be it. And there are so many kinds of thermal gloves now days you might try something a bit more industrial strength than normal gloves.

Other than that movement to keep the circulation going to the tips. While indoors and warm try squeezing a rubber ball like exercise a few minutes once or twice a day. Or touch your thumb to each finger using a little pressure when ever you have a minute to do so. Rub hand lotion on them when ever it is convenient.
And there is always find someone with a "hot" set of ???? and share body heat. LOL! Hope you stay warm.

Sealskin Socks. A decent set of winter gloves. A tube scarf. A head cap and helmet. However, the main thing is to layer up. So a base layer, winter tights, jersey and jacket. However, this is all incidental. You want to keep warm? Peddle fast. Get the heart rate up. Luck
