Nothing is impossible, but I think that it is highly highly unlikely that you are pregnant if the test was neg and you are having periods. Go to a gynecologist maybe you have some sort of infection. Good luck

It is possible, but I would think it was something else. If you are really in pain go to the doctors.. If it is severe, I would go to the ER. It could be a really nasty kidney infection, a kidney stone or appendicitis, or a std.... even without a fever. Take some Tylenol, its safe during pregnancy and see how you feel. Also drink some water, dehydration can cause side pain. I hope you feel better.

Any of the following additional symptoms can suggest an ectopic pregnancy:

* vaginal spotting or bleeding
* dizziness or fainting (caused by blood loss)
* low blood pressure (also caused by blood loss)
* lower back pain
although I am a high risk pregnancy and when I had pains on my right side of the pelvic the doctor done a scan for one so it COULD be that or other things. BEST WISHES

well you could be but it doesn't sound likely. I would definately go to a doc though...get a preg. blood test and tell them about the pain. I had a cyst on my ovary that caused that kind of pain. Mine was related to my pregnancy but it could still be a cyst. It was a normal thing and it went away on it's own...and was NOT cancerous. It is very common...especially in pregnancy. In the worst cases they remove it surgically but it's really not that big of a deal. Good luck!!

You should go to the ER asap. You might have appendicitis, kidney stone or a ruptured (burst) ovarian cyst. This might sounds stupid, but try jumping up and down using just your right foot. If it's very painful, you probably have appendicitis. Either way, you should go to the hospital immediately.

It doesnt sound like your pregnant. If you are in serious pain I would go to tht emergency room. If the pain is standable i would call your gyno first thing in the morning and get checked up. BUt honestly I think you are just being paranoid.

To me it sounds like you might have an ovarian cyst. A friend of mine is prone to these and your symptoms sound similar. I would call your gynocologist and let them know what's going on- they'll probably want to see you as soon as possible. You should definitely get this checked out.

you need to see an ob/gyn
You could have an ovarian disorder or cysts
If you have multiple cysts they cause pain when "popping"
best thing to do is see your ob/gyn and if you don't have insurance you need to go to a woman's clinic.
