i have a large double chin, and i feel really uncomforatable and fat, i cant get a girl cause i look so gross, im 16 and ive never even kissed a girl, i need to lose some weight to help out my situation, i hate how i look in a mirror and all i can see is my huge double chin, my stomach isnt huge, i am 6'3 and weight 203, BMI is 25.4 which is only a little overweight but it still sucks, and I CANT STAND THE DOUBLE CHIN, i need help with this, i want to get a girlfriend so badly but i feel to awkward to ask some one, please tell me some ideas for fast weight loss, ps i hate running

I'm not absolutely sure on this but I think the only sure way to lose a double chin is plastic surgery. Even if they use liposuction the skin would still be hanging under your chin. You and your parents may not be able to afford this now but as soon as you graduate and get a job make this a priority.
I don't normally care about the idea of plastic surgery but, I guarantee, if I had double chins it would be a priority of mine to make an appointment to get rid of them. I think they look awful on just about everyone regardless of age.
The rest of you sounds pretty good. What's wrong with 6'3" and 203 lbs? You couldn't possibly be overweight. Maybe just tone up a little bit with weights and exercise.

Unfortunately, there is no way to really do that as people have said above. You can lose weight overall and target tone your problem areas with exercises. For the belly, abs of steel, Windsor Pilate's, or core secrets are good workouts to target tone your abdomen. For the chin, Facercise has some great exercises that tone up the chin and neck. They work really quickly too. If you are not chubby everywhere, you will lose more weight and tone the rest of your body with regular exercises for your whole body. The regular exercises and target toning really helps those areas a lot. You will see a difference.

Try not to worry about how you look now I'm in college now and a lot of my friends who never kissed a girl in High school had their first "hookup" the very first week of college. Things will be a lot different for you in the future I promise. About the double chin though, you can't spot lose fat thats a fact, but for men that should be the first fatty area to be reduced if you begin proper diet and exercise, the last place fat will leave is your back and stomach.
P.S. lifting is the best way to lose fat! it increases your metabolism and helps you burn calories all day long. Running only burns calories while you're running. But try and run, its very good for you even if you hate it, get a buddy to run with or join a sports team. I wrestled in highschool and loved it. Its the best sport if you want to control your weight.

Well...the main thing you need to do is exercise and eat right. Try to eat veggies and meats because those don't have like hardly to any calories in them and they are really good for you. To lose weight you will need to move around, but not necessarily run. There are plenty of ways to do it. In fact a great way to lose weight is to plain out turn on some music you like and dnace like crazy to it. You can do it when no one's around and it really is awesome for you!! Also try crunches...those work the neck and stomach areas well. But try not to over work yourself, you need to take it little by little, but pretty soon in like no time you will be slimmed down to most likely where you would want to be. Plus *I know for sure that this works* put 2 teaspoons of vinegar in a glass of water once a day and drink it. Vinegar causes people to lose weight, but in the right way too. And it actually is good for you. But don't take it more than once or twice a day...cause too much of anything isn't good for you. Well, I hope things work for you and good luck. ; )
