To answer your question, no you are not fat, you just got a little bloating. When you are that skinny, eating food is a lot more obvious.
Some bad advice that I see are things like, eat the whole pizza and eat more, etc. That is BAD advice. Just eat healthy and naturally and as you mature, your body and weight will adjust to where you are supposed to be. Overeating and eating junk food like pizza is definitely bad advice.

Sounds like you have an eating disorder. 76 lbs. is NOT fat for a 13 year old girl thats 5' 3". You might want to see a counselor about this.

u were definately just bloated. 76 lbs...have you seen nicole richie she's in an anorexic scandal and she's only around 80lbs. there's no way you can look pregnant at 5'3 and 76 lbs. it means you need to eat. your mind is messing with you and don't give in to these thoughts that you're fat cause those are the thoughts that lead to anorexia and other eating disorders...trust me i've been through it.

No that's not belly fat. When you are that lean, anytime you eat you will be able to see the food sitting in your stomach. The same thing happens to body builers after a competition where they've had to starve themselves to lean out.
Go for a walk, and watch your bulge disappear.

your actually under weight. yr tummy looks big after eating because of yr skinniness it shows more after you eat. read tips on gaining body mass, exercise and dietary needs to gain a little so you will be more comfortable when you do eat on this site

Your stomach only looks big because you are so small. Don't worry, you are at a good weight for your age and height, just dont' get smaller, if anything you could gain some weight.

You need to speak to your parents and doctors so that you know you are healthy and feel good about yourself. It's a shame so many kids feel fat when they aren't. You need to understand that you are worth something and beautiful just as you are.
